How do we go about it?

Our customer journey is divided into 6 steps:

Step 01.

Analysis of risks and needs

Through an extensive introductory interview, we get to know our client. We become acquainted with the organization and form a complete picture of the products, services and business operations. This enables us to identify all risks and needs.

Step 02.

Draft

We then conduct the necessary research. All current contracts are reviewed, we consult the market, benchmark the solutions and point out any inconsistencies or errors.

Step 03.

Report and recommendations

Based on our findings, we prepare a complete report that we go over in detail with the client.

Step 04.

Decision making

In coordination with the client, we mould our findings into an action plan. We adapt the management of ongoing contracts and continue to consult the market, developing alternative proposals.

Step 05.

Implementation

We take full responsibility for the implementation: from the administrative follow-up to the coordination of the processes with the right parties.

Step 06.

Monitoring

We monitor the market and review the current insurance solutions taking into account changing market conditions. We inform our client personally of every step we take.
